Washington, DC ~ A great place to take the grandkids~ and it is FREE!

If you are unable to afford the cost of taking the grandkids to a movie or an amusement park (and believe me it is getting pretty hefty to take them anywhere) then, if you are able to get there, Washington, DC offers a great opportunity to share with them the many things that make America a great place to live and cherish!  There is no charge to visit the various museums and monuments and it will be a day you can remember together.  Think about it and check out some of the links I have provided to the various exhibits you may wish to see with them!
